  The high-temperature pusher kiln is a continuous sintering equipment specifically designed for the ceramics, electronics, and new materials industries. It boasts excellent high-temperature performance, precisely matching the high-temperature sintering requirements of various products such as precision components, ceramic substrates, and powder materials. The equipment features superior insulation performance, resulting in significant energy savings compared to traditional kilns.   The kiln is equipped with an intelligent temperature control system, supporting multi-stage temperature rise curve presets. It features thermocouples and a PID controller for precise and stable temperature control. The pusher conveyor utilizes variable frequency speed control technology, allowing for flexible speed adjustment to adapt to the rhythm requirements of different sintering processes. The kiln body employs a sealed design, combined with high-temperature sealing cotton and a nitrogen protection device, effectively isolating air interference and fully meeting the requirements of inert atmosphere sintering.
